February Hub Recap 2014

If you missed last month's recap, you can check it out here. I'm going to be putting more effort into being more faithful to my blogging efforts, but February was a short month and I wanted to ensure that I published the 30 hubs I intended to publish on my celebrations account this month. My goal is to begin publishing a blog post at least once a week, and on a particular day to help followers to know what to expect from me, but as I cover such a wide variety of topics this may be increasingly difficult. We'll see how things go.

February has been another good month in terms of revenue. You should remember that last month I wrote a lot about Valentine's Day. The early part of February did very well as a result of this, though the numbers from the previous month began dropping on my main account around the same time, probably in part due to plagiarism. Unfortunately this is somewhat to be expected and I'm very much on top of this happening on my newer accounts.

While I didn't write every day through February, I did reach my goal of writing 30 hubs on my main account in the month, and finished with 36 hubs total for the entire month. Additionally, two of my hubs have now been awarded the Hub of the Day award, which is something that really keeps me motivated to keep going.

January Hub Recap 2014

Every month through the 2014 year I will be providing a "re-cap" of what I did on Hubpages for that month. This is primarily for my own reference, but I wanted to also do this in order to help others to see how much work goes into earning money writing online. The list of articles below are only from the month of January, and this includes everything I've written in this month -- not just those pertaining to celebrations and holidays.

Hubpages has recently given me a very good reason to continue writing for them when one of my original hubs on my main account began to get a lot of traffic. Most of my writings for this month were posted to my Celebrations Account and that constitutes the majority of the posts made below.

In January, I wrote one or more hubs every single day. This was quite successful for me, and it was a good month in which I more than tripled the income from the previous month.
